ABOUT US
We specialize in connecting business and industry with higher education for the good of the workforce. Our services focus on industry relationships and talent demand. They include designing new programs, updating out-of-date programs, and implementing the Business & Industry Leadership Team (BILT) model, which aligns educators and their programs with businesses that hire graduates. We also provide general educational consulting services, using on Dr. Beheler's extensive business and academic experience as a foundation.
Our founder, Ann Beheler, has extensive experience in IT leadership and in higher education leadership. For the past twenty years, she has focused on bridging the gap between business and education to build a strong IT/Cybersecurity workforce, and the principles she applied to IT also apply to many other industries and disciplines, including emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence. The BILT model has been instrumental in rapidly modifying curriculum to ensure graduates are workforce ready in numerous fields and through multiple educational institutions and projects.
